Thank you for shopping with Ashley Singh Design! We take great care in packaging and shipping our home décor pieces to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.


📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

Please note: delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues.


🏠 Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ashley@ashleysinghdesign.com.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


📬 Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • Ashley Singh Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ashley@ashleysinghdesign.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


🚫 No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
